As Perceptive Informatics (“PI”) continues to establish leadership position in providing eClinical technology solutions to sponsor and CROs (including its parent company PAREXEL), we are building a product marketing team to optimize content creation and programmatic effort, to generate demand and accelerate penetration, and close gaps between solution development and sales channels.

Reporting to PI’s Worldwide Marketing Head, the Director of Product Marketing will be responsible for marketing strategy and plan, competitive positioning and sales enablement of the Platform Solutions segment comprised of Perceptive MyTrials, and CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System). He/She will collaborate with Product Management to translate product features and service capabilities into compelling messages, establish thought leadership, and build sales enablement tools.

Utilizing industry expertise and market/customer knowledge, you will work with Marketing Communication, Business Development and Perceptive Partnerships to plan innovative programs, direct in-market execution and deliver selective outbound marketing activities, to drive demand and generate leads. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your offering segment, working with sales channels and targeted customers on an as needed basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Messaging and Positioning – Develop market positioning, messaging and content that differentiates PI’s offerings and articulate their customer benefit.

• ROI Modeling – Navigate throughout the organization to curate content, research, case data, industry, solution and performance information, to build customer ROI analysis and benefit model to demonstrate value proposition.

• Market Intelligence – Be the resident expert in buyer persona and buying process including win/loss analysis, with solid understanding of competition and key trends driving market and account dynamics.

• Sales Enablement – Develop buyer targeted collateral including datasheets, slide decks, website copy, case studies and white papers, etc. Communicate the value proposition of PI’s capabilities and transfer market intelligence knowledge to all global sales channels.

• Thought Leadership – Create and deliver compelling information through webcasts, blogs, speaking engagements, panel discussions, etc. to promote PI’s offering and differentiation to all market participants Including clients, analysts and press.

• Industry Analyst – Engage and manage relationships with top industry analysts including regular and special briefings to influence the influencer, and drive favorable review and rating of our offerings.

• Channel Support & Training – Provide on-going support for direct and in-direct sales channels including training design and delivery, focusing on selling and positioning against competition. Programatize the support and training mechanism.

• Strategic thinker, analytical, self-starter
• Proven track record of prioritizing and delivering results within a dynamic environment
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills and ability to create content and selling tools
• Strong ability to define the overall customer value associated with products and services to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative matrix environment, and work with customers and partners
• 10+ years of experience in service-based software product marketing, client services, solution sales or product management
• Enterprise technology industry background required, specialization in IT enabling technology for health science and/or clinical trial sectors are highly desired
• Graduate degree preferred
• Willing to travel up to 25%
