Phone Support Specialist/Patient Enrollment Specialist- Novasyte

Job Description:

Qualified Patient Enrollment Specialists will be tasked with providing phone support to physicians and healthcare professionals with pharmaceutical testing used in the home health setting. The testing that is being represented is for Hepatitis C. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provides customers with service and product troubleshooting via telephone and email

  • Provides documentation of calls in CRM system

  • Escalates issues requiring further investigation

  • Performs technical and application support needed 

  • Replies to inbound customer calls in a timely manner

  • Assists with the patient enrollment, lab/blood draw orders & phlebotomist dispatch process over the phone and via email/portal access

  • Available during standard business hours (8am – 5 pm)

  • Utilizes CRM and other Software/Vendor Portals to obtain updates and ensure that each step of the process is completed in an efficient/timely manner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare/Pharmaceutical experience preferred

  • Ability to troubleshoot systems interfaces and network computers preferred

  • Dispatch/scheduling experience preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, scheduling, healthcare or call agent/phone support preferred

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc)

  • Intermediate/advanced computer skills

  • Strong track record/career experience with various forms of technology

  • Desire to innovate and improve processes/workflow

  • Ability to work autonomously/comfortable working in a remote/virtual environment

  • Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work required schedules
