Knowledge Transfer and Communications Training Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and implement training schedules.
  • Oversee and partake in development and update of training material including presentations, user guides, videos, FAQs, sample use cases and other relevant documentation as per project requirements.
  • Conduct super-user training and end-user training as per the project needs.
  • Conduct internal team onboarding training on the different solutions.
  • Develop Generic solution training material for the IQVIA-PPG library.
  • Maintain project and product library documentation.
  • Develop training reports.
  • Set, implement and monitor training KPIs.
  • Develop and manage market-wide communications and circulars to provide clear and appropriate messages and information on the subject matter.
  • Maintain and publish communications on all defined and agreed channels.
  • Liaise between client and internal teams.
  • Manage client expectations and establish a good working relationship.
  • Develop KT framework and monitoring strategies.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • 7+ years experience in Project Management / Healthcare / Technology background
  • Knowledge of healthcare stakeholders and standards
  • Able to manage multiple competing priorities smoothly
  • Strong ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to write professional documentation relevant to project needs
  • Outstanding oral communications and presentations skills
  • Strong familiarity with Healthcare setting
  • Demonstrated experience in team management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Extensive experience using Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio
  • Open to traveling as needed
