Collection Lead

Responsibilities:

• Negotiating payment arrangements and following up with clients to make sure the payments are timely made.
• Working closely with Sales Account Managers and involving them in all client communications.
• Addressing ongoing customer complaints concerning billing or service rendered and working on complaints of service failures with the designated departments.
• Knowing all operational guidelines and procedures for all practices (RWAS, INFO, Consultancy).
• Having detailed knowledge of all IQVIA Credit and Risk policies and procedures.
• Handling unusual/ difficult clients with past due accounts by following credit policies and procedures without failure.
• Working with the Sales Admin team in all Middle East for the billing and collection.
• Having an established network of contacts and resources within the organization to ensure that all controls are in place and applied as required.
• Communicating issues to the concerned operations team on a timely manner and being able to smoothly handle escalations and working with the team to build action plans.
• Managing to submit the collection templates to the concerned team and following up on advance payment clearances.
• Effectively managing the assigned team to ensure collection productivity and monthly targets are met.
• Timely reporting submission for the country collection update to all concerned parties including reports required for all periodic calls.
• Training and motivating employees to achieve their individual collection targets.
• Effectively managing the credit control section in absence of the Regional Leader.

• Highly proficient in computer software programs including accounting software
• Good time management skills
• Strong Knowledge of the country Taxation Law and Regulations
• Good knowledge of Middle East Taxation Law
