Technical Manager Data Management

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Manager Data Management for our Global Specimen Solutions group in the Raleigh, NC area.  Duties will include the following: Focused on implementation and management of Protocol Health Framework operations including but not limited to IRT, PVT, and UI processes globally. Build and implement strategy for data quality across GSS organization taking into account client expectations and GSS promised data quality. Work alongside the Vendor Engagement Director to support data quality aspects of vendor files Based on needs and resources, work to develop a formalized data quality structure including # of resources, roles & responsibilities, locations, and build a strong team to support the overall data quality delivery. Reports into AD of Data Management/Project Management. Would take over leadership responsibilities resources and justify/build a team to support future quality needs. Work alongside the AD of DM/PM to provide feedback on DM overlap and work thru challenges by building a process that supports the client-facing DM group globally but simultaneously supports the data quality strategy. 90% GSS controlled quality as a team. Work alongside the technology team to build requirements and strategy for new tools that help create a more efficient data quality process. Work alongside of the Client Engagement Leader to ensure understanding of client needs and requests around data quality and expectations from the industry. Education/Qualifications:4 year degree (preferred) Strong leadership background. Ability to manage in grey areas. Gets It Done approach. Process oriented.

 Experience:Technical background associated with data analysis/data management. Leadership experience.
