PPD’s Clinical Management department is committed to industry leadership and the relentless pursuit of excellence. Working in the Clinical Management department, you will combine deep knowledge, therapeutic expertise, and robust tools to help our clients deliver life-changing therapies to market.
As a CTM, you will coordinates all aspects of clinical activities on an international basis. This includes the day to day management and leadership of a team of Clinical Management members who are allocated to a project on a Country basis. You will work in partnership with the Project Manager to ensure the necessary training, tracking and quality systems are in place for the clinical team, and be primarily responsible for the clinical deliverables of the project within agreed timelines and budget. You are laser-focused on study management and earning our clients' trust. You take ownership, anticipate problems, find solutions and deliver results.
Grow within the CTM career path as a Senior or Principal CTM or develop into leadership roles within the Clinical Management department. Qualifications
Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualificationPrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5 years).Previous cross-country Study Management/ Project Management experience in excess of 1 to 2 year, including specific knowledge for some of the below therapeutic areas:IRD/Vaccines: Pneumococcal, dengue, shigella, Ebola, TB, chikungunya, Eosinophilic asthma, Rare Disease respiratory (idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary hypertension), Ziki, Influenza, Swine Flu, H1N1, HPV, Hepatitis-B, Hepatitis-CCell Therapy/Gene therapy/CAR-T experience would also be considered as an advantageClinical research experience in all phases of study life cycle, including start up, interim and close outStudy finance management experienceAbility and willingness to cross-region and in region travel according to the project needs (about 15-20% annually)Monitoring experienceAble to work from homeValid Driver's License and Valid PassportKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strategic thinking skills and demonstrated performance management abilities
