Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition for our Safety Assessment Business. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

The Associate Director, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for all aspects of leading a successful recruiting team, designing recruiting strategy, effectively building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders, leading and inspiring a team, and achieving hiring targets. The preferred candidate will bring your proven track record of building and innovating with high passion for creating and maturing a world-class recruiting team at scale.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage and partner with executive level stakeholders as the recruiting SME on market trends, sourcing metrics, operational processes, systems and tools

• Lead, develop and manage a team of recruiters, sourcers and recruiting coordinators to deliver high quality candidates at scale

• Manage and partner with TA and Business leaders against workforce plans, progress to hiring goals, and all operational metrics

• Utilize analytical thinking to diagnose business challenges and identify hiring trends

• Build repeatable, programmatic solutions to sourcing processes

• Manage large-scale projects that impact the region as we optimize the talent acquisition operating model

• Drive a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion Job Qualifications

The following are the job qualifications related to the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition role:

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)

• 10+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, changing environment with different recruiting models

• 5+ years of experience leading recruiting teams and impacting and influencing senior leadership

• Experience sourcing in high volume recruitment, from entry-level to senior roles

• Demonstrated experience with leading and managing programs/ projects

• Deep experience utilizing sophisticated assessment techniques.

• Proven track record of building relationships with universities and other organizations to build pipelines of diverse talent

• Proven track record of utilizing a data-driven approach to building and innovating

• Some travel may be required, based on business needs

• Life Science experience strongly preferred
