Customer Success Director

This Customer Success Director will focus on helping pharmaceutical companies gain the maximum value from AI technology.They will ensure both internal and external clients are fully prepared to achieve all the benefits of utilizing IQVIA's disruptive products.Our products and offerings introduce machine learning into often well-established practices and operational teams.This role will help to define customer success and build out teams to meet the growing needs of our users.

Typical activities may include:

•        Consulting on required change management within the client organization

•        Overseeing the deployment of the technology within the organization

•        Developing Healthy Customer Relationship

•        Enhancing Customer Training

•        Evaluating and Analyzes Customer Needs

•        Building Trust and Transparency with Clients

•        Onboarding New Clients

•        Acting as a Customer Advocate within the product teams

•        Represent the customers within the product discovery process

•        Encouraging Customers to Upgrade their Products

•        Promoting Customer Loyalty

Our ideal candidates will have:

•        An understanding of disruptive technologies and how to implement them within an organization

•        An understanding of the pharmaceutical R&D space

•        Strong consultative skillset

•        Strong communication and presentation skills

•        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•        Technical background preferred
