"• Manage/Administer/Enhance Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, synapseRT, Portfolio, Crowd, GitLab, Jira plugins, databases) installed in AWS environments (Dev, Test, Prod)
• Document tools/env install & configuration along with supporting processes for team to follow.
• Manage integration with other products/services.
• Service Health - Responsible for proactively managing the health of our Atlassian tools in AWS to maintain high performance and availably.
• Support - Responsible for support during business hours for the entire Atlassian stack as well as being on-call for support.
• Plugin Management - Responsible for managing existing plugins, evaluating, testing and deploying new plugins to address customer requirements.
• JIRA - Our Jira environment is growing and includes large interdependent projects for our product and engineering organizations for Agile project management, requirements/test management, defect tracking and issue tracking, custom applications leveraging the API.
• Confluence - Responsible for managing all Confluence spaces including permissions, developing space templates, maintaining existing spaces and creating new spaces to customer requirements
• Manage user accounts and resolve support issues with tools, environments, connectivity. Work with tool vendor on support issues.
• Proactively identify SDLC tools enhancements based on user feedback and best practices.
• Manage application connectivity and network.
• Other duties as needed."
