As a Project Manager,you will support the Cell and Gene Therapy group while working onsite at a major pharmaceutical customer site.

Responsibilities include: Support cross-functional projects or programs by monitoring scope, tracking milestones, identify dependencies, etc Develop project timelines, project dashboards, trackers, and tools to support program execution Ensure projects follow all company and departmental policies and procedures Identify risks and issues within the project and escalate appropriately Document and ensure completion of actions and items from meetings Support governance structures and processes to drive and manage the project Support implementation of project management methodology and governance tools Provide support to project managers and business leaders when requested Follow-up and update Sr Project Manager on line by line items

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, bioengineering, or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2 years’ of biotech, medical device, pharmaceutical development or project management) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience

Preferred Experience: Experience in CMC Experience in cell therapies or gene therapies or combination products

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong verbal, written and presentation skills Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products including Word, Excel, Vizio and PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project Proven analytical skills Demonstrated compliance with procedures and policies Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively in a stressful environment Extensive knowledge and experience in Project Management Strong client relationship management skills Ability to work effectively with multi-level/cross-functional teams
