Some clinical trials require that an independent committee of clinical experts be established to review and adjudicate endpoint data and/or different types of clinical events. Within the Clinical Safety Department, the Medpace Clinical Endpoints team specializes in management of these committees and facilitation of adjudication processes in a variety of different therapeutic areas including: Infectious Disease, Oncology, Cardiovascular, Hepatic, Renal, Medical Device, and Rare Diseases. Responsibilities Assist with the processing and adjudication of clinical endpoints and events according to study-specific CAC (Clinical Adjudication Committee) Charters and protocols; Coordinate the tracking and receipt of documents for CAC packages; Perform quality control and clinical reviews of CAC packages and adjudication data; Coordinate CAC members and initiate payment requests; Participate in the design and development of processes and working forms/documents used in adjudication of events/endpoints; and Perform clinical safety tasks as needed Qualifications Bachelor's of Science in Nursing; At least one year of clinical experience; Clinical Research experience is preferred; Proficient knowledge of Microsoft® Office; Broad knowledge of medical terminology; and Strong organizational and communication skills.
