Job Overview:
Responsible for helping customers solve business problems through the adoption of IQVIA offerings.  Possesses a technical expertise in AI and ML. Works with customers and partners, to navigate which IQVIA offering best suits their needs and follows up on a regular basis to ensured continued success of the products post-deliver. 

Essential Functions:

  • Understands and guides others in the use and limitation of Human Data Science in relation to our customers’ needs
  • Leads meetings designed to delve into client’s/customer’s needs to match those needs with IQVIA AIML solutions
  • Creates project road maps required to deploy completed solutions so that clients/customers may utilize them
  • Determines key metrics to be used for measuring/tracking success of IQVIA models for clients
  • Evaluates key metrics and creates intervention methods for clients where IQVIA models are not meeting expected results
  • Reviews, approves, and delivers client specific product specifications, communications, and informational materials for multiple clients and project
  • Ensures resolution of any issues that clients/customers encounter for all clients on various types of projects
  • Supports projects involving various clients and types of projects
  • Supports all other team members by guiding and supporting them
  • Applies AIML knowledge to develop (and potentially implement) methods of solving complex customer problems in collaboration with other experts
  • May lead a portfolio of projects dependent on AIML solutions/offerings, cultivating strong AIML customer relationships / account growth

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's Degree Master’s Degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or related field
  • Other May alternatively have a university degree from another educational background (e.g. domain-specific such as medical/MD or health economics) with experience-based acquisition of the necessary AIML knowledge/expertise
  • 7-10 years’ experience working on creating machine learning algorithms or an equivalent level of experience in domains that qualify the individual to implement and/or sell advanced AIML solutions necessitating the combination of customer-facing skills with AIML expertise
  • Sufficient experience to understand and be credible as an AIML expert, for example programming experience in one or more of the following: Java, C++, Python or equivalent
  • Experience working with large, real world human dataset
