Medpace's Clinical Pharmacology Unit is currently seeking a full-time Manager for our Recruitment and Community Affairs department. We are seeking an experienced candidate that will oversee recruitment of volunteers, and help lead the department. Responsibilities Manage the recruitment and screening of volunteers, in a timely and cost-effective manner, to complete clinical study panels complying with study protocols, Sponsor objectives, and relevant standards or regulations (Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Laboratory Practice, Good Clinical Practice, informed consent) with full consideration for staff and study participant safety;Plan and execute recruitment and advertising campaigns;Oversee creation of publications, brochures, and other marketing materials;Assist in buying and placing all media advertisements;Create metrics to evaluate recruitment, screening, and external communication programs;Represent Medpace Clinical Pharmacology Unit at business, social, and community events;Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of community, consumer, employee, and public interest groups; andAssist with writing and editing departmental SOPs and policies. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field;4 years of relevant recruiting/community affairs experiencePhase I recruitment and screening experience preferred;Knowledge of clinical research operations process Why Medpace?
