Are you an experienced Business Process Assistant with experience in home health? Are you passionate about playing a key role in driving innovative solutions within home health for clinical research studies?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Collaboration with the key stakeholders on the study development and contracting processesDevelopment of sponsor protocol specific study materialsDevelopment of study specific logisticsRelationship management with the sponsor, CRO, laboratory, pharmacy, vendors, partners and other internal and external personnelRepresent Symphony effectively and professionally in project calls, webinars, teleconferences and meetingsExcellent judgment and decision-making abilityOutstanding communication skills (written and verbal)Able to work independently or as an effective member of a teamCapable of earning the professional respect of all stakeholders related to a studyUnderstands and demonstrates compliance with ICH/GCP, HIPAA, IATA, Symphony SOP's and PG's and other regulations as appropriateApplies project management abilities to daily activities

Qualifications:HS Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree strongly preferredMedical Terminology highly preferredMust have advanced knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel
