Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Warehouse Assistant to join our Laboratory team. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities Provide day to day departmental support activities as necessary: communication with internal and external providers, shipping supplies to sites, etc; Maintain inventory updated; Coordinate shipments between Medpace & other labs; Coordinate and order material for Clinical trials Kit Assembly Tracking, receiving, unpacking, and scanning of Diagnostic Specimens Qualifications high school diploma or equivalent; 2 years’ of industry experience in related similar position is welcome Prior supply chain management experience in Clinical Trialsis preferred; Knowledge of transport - customs terminology; Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations is desired. Good knowledge of Microsoft® Word and Excel; Team-worker and detail-oriented with good time management skills; Fluency in English and Dutch
