Due to our continued growth, we are in need of qualified and focused individuals, like yourself. This is a vital role in our Marketing department whose success relies upon your finely tuned skills and background. The candidate will be responsible for layout, design and production activities to produce quality graphic design artwork to support Medpace marketing efforts. Responsible for creating digital and print marketing assets including brochures, signage, slide presentations, advertisements, etc. Will also contribute design considerations for email marketing, web landing pages, social media and more. Will adhere to and support Medpace branding guidelines and will ensure consistency across brand expressions. Responsibilities Create digital marketing assets including marketing collateral, advertising, web images, and social media posts to support our B2B efforts Work directly with business development and internal subject matter experts to create visually compelling graphics for proposals and presentations Produce videos and motion graphics to support messaging and drive business leads Create materials to support internal functional areas including facilities and HR Support and maintain consistency of the brand and marketing campaigns across all materials Assist other team members with design creation and content edits/updates Special projects as requested Qualifications Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Expertise with Adobe Creative suite and Microsoft programs 1-3 years of experience and proficiency in video and motion graphics production preferred Understanding of production requirements for both on-screen and printed material Strong organizational, project, and time management skills Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities Strong problem solving skills Why Medpace?
