Job Overview
To provide analysis through tracking, metrics, and reporting capabilities in support of Resourcing activities for a Customer/Regional specific Operations Management Team.

Essential Functions
• Monitor and maintain a Customer specific Resourcing Request mailbox (as required), including the intake of Resource Request Forms, trial assignments and reassignments, and other time sensitive information.
• Draft and distribute/post Resourcing related communications as necessary to the Internal Operations Team as well as the Customer.
• Support Clinical Resourcing Manager or designee to review the accuracy of Clinical Trial Systems (internal or external per customer contract) and other tracking tools used by Operations.
• Maintain and Perform QA on Customer specific site assignment and site transition trackers through close oversight & review of all relevant reports & documentation
• Responsible for reconciling and archiving Resourcing databases in order to support management reports of resourcing data requirements.
• Generate and distribute CRA metrics to management team.
• Support the management team with financial activities, such as financial forecasts, revenue recognition, billing units, backlog and invoicing.
• Participate in resourcing and metrics calls, providing input & information on specific resourcing data as requested by management.
• Collect, Maintain and provide metrics and associated reports from a variety of IQVIA and Customer specific sources, per a define schedule, to be used for client reports as required.  Data is used for periodic internal and external Client Reports.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree  
• 3 years’ relevant experience 
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience. 
• Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage competing priorities and ensure results are on-time
• Ability to analyze and interpret  relevant data
• Demonstrated team leadership skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication & interpersonal skills with an ability to adapt communication styles cross culturally as needed
• Ability to analyze and interpret  relevant data
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
