Innovation Specialist

The IQVIA Prague team is looking for a new, ambitious, and result-oriented team member who is not afraid of coming up with new ideas, challenging the norm and willing to innovate in the area of big data and other important areas in the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare.

You will get the opportunity to enter the pharmaceutical world and experience the launch of new products and services from scratch all the way to launch, while helping improve the lives of Czech patients.

Your goals:

• Listen to our clients, their needs, and plans

• Understand the complex matrix management of pharmaceutical companies and identify the needs for new information and insights across different areas

• Explore business with new types of clients such as payers and providers

• Develop new services and plan their commercialization & communication

• Explore new products & trends across Europe and evaluate their application to the local market

• Help come up with business cases for local product launches based on IQVIA’s global product portfolio & pipeline

Your profile:

• Creative, innovative, out-of-the-box thinking

• Like solving intellectually challenging problems

• 2+ years of experience in product marketing

• Fluent in Czech & English

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint

• Understanding and positive attitude towards big data

• Independent, decision-maker, courage to challenge others, result-driven

• Do not give up easily and can overcome difficulties & challenges

• Good communicator

• Project management skills & well-organized

• Interest in the pharmaceutical industry
