Our clinical activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Logistics Coordinator to join our Clinical Operations team. This is a new position designed to support our continued growth. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities Prepares documentation, maintains inventory records and coordinates shipments and logistics for study drug, supplies, equipment and other project components; Works directly with depots to coordinate inbound shipment to study sites, as required; Works directly with external parties to coordinate outbound shipments, as required; Supports vendor management department to negotiate and sign agreement with external parties; Supports with related accounting documentation processing; Picks and Packs clinical supplies, as required; Works in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task; and Performs other duties as assigned by management and to support overall logistics for the country and possibly regional as well. Qualifications Educated to degree level; Experience working in logistics; Ideally some experience working in Clinical trials; Excellent organization and communication skills; Knowledge of Microsoft® Office; and Strong English and Russian language skills;
