The IQVIA Commercial Compliance services organization is looking for a Senior Manager, Services who will be a key contributor in the evolution and expansion of our service offerings and solutions. This role will provide oversight and ownership of a subset of offerings, including our virtual engagement services.

Responsibilities
1. Drives the development, operational design, and implementation oversight of strategic services initiatives to support the expansion and enhancement of the services portfolio
2. Build relationships and identify stakeholders across the organization as it relates to your assigned portfolio of service offerings
3. Identifies and drives the sourcing of vendors to support services expansion
4. Manages relationships with vendors that support or supplement our service offerings to ensure alignment of deliverables and vision
5. Lead and coordinate project workstreams and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver service solutions
6. Defines business requirements and use cases related to services solutions
7. Develops metrics, reporting, and insights to assess and identify offering performance, opportunities, and issues
8. Communicates recommendations to senior leaders for review and approval in alignment to business strategies
9. Continually assess, document, and analyze progress toward project goals and results

Experience/Skills
1. Cross-functional leader and collaborator. You have a proven record of being able to partner, engage, facilitate and lead cross-functional teams to help bring solutions to life.
2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to understand complex challenges and linkages
3. Detail oriented and deadline driven. You're able to make quick decisions in complex environments.
4. Previous process development, business process mapping, and project management experience
5. Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks
6. Passion for learning and willingness to roll up your sleeves and wear many hats to support development of solutions and optimization of customer experience
7. Exceptional communication skills and a proven team contributor
8. Knowledge and experience with Salesforce.com preferred
9. Proficiency in MS-PowerPoint, Excel, Visio or similar tools
10. Works with confidential and sensitive corporate, client, and employee information and must conduct themselves accordingly
11. Minimum of 3-5 years in a management role; with industry experience in Customer Service, Operations, or Event Management preferred.
12. Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
