Senior Director, Flexible Resourcing

Essential Functions
• Serve as key contact for strategic planning, direction and execution of all new business including primary accountability for solution design and operational definition
• Explicit expectation for Clinical FSP NNB target as defined during 2019 Planning process.
• Develop and lead transition oversight program for any newly won work to include:
• Driving and creating operational design
• Creating seeding strategy, recruiting strategy and model ramp delivery
• Defining and articulating model governance
• Delivery of new models operating at steady state to appropriate model alliance manager within 6 months of win
• Collaborate with FSP BD and others in defining NNB targets at overall BU level, account level and account planning
• Lead market research analysis activities that provide information in support of the business needs analysis process and strategic account management.
• Collaborate with RDS marketing to drive awareness of IQVIA Clinical FSP services and raise the overall awareness and profile of the offering in the market
• Work with internal stakeholders to finalize project budgets and scope of work to meet financial and company goals (realization/margin targets), proactively ensuring adherence to change control processes.
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop requisite pricing models and associated resource plans.
• Act as lead member of due diligence activities as they relate to the customer's needs and long-term objectives.
