Position Purpose:

As a Pharma Data Panel Responsible, you will be responsible for leading a team and the plan for the panel information of pharmacies and wholesalers, sell in and sell out info, being able to improve the quantity and quality of the sources and conducting a continuously innovation process in order to differentiate and offer our clients the best solutions.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Leading a team that will conduct data supply in IQVIA (data sources) to excellence in delivery.
  • Define a strategy to increase data sources access and develop new offering to cover source of information needs.
  • Understand and interact with pharmacies software houses.
  • Understand market dynamics and begin a market expert in IQVIA.
  • Work with the team to develop their career and skills, generating a high motivation level in the team.

Profile requirements:

  • Analytics skills to understand and conduct improvements in the production process in order to improve quality to the highest level
  • Very high knowledge on data analytics tools. (EXCEL)
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Works willingly and effectively with others across the organization to accomplish team goals and effective working in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary teams with different expertise level.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and team managing skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical market: (pharmacies / laboratories / wholesalers)
  • Negotiation, persuasion and influence skills.
  • Basic IT knowledge, databases, SFTPs, webservices.
