Assistant Director, Specialty Operations - 2617206

Job Summary: The AD Specialty Operations is responsible for overseeing all commercial operations functions for the Parkinson’s Disease business unit.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• The role will be the central point of contact for all Commercial Operational support related to the PD portfolio.
• Manage all sales data inputs and aggregation, including syndicated data, HUB services information, specialty pharmacy dispenses and direct sales.
• Monitor and track KPIs for the Specialty and Buy/Bill channels 
• Develop target segmentation and call plan strategies to maximize effectiveness of resources.
• Design and Build actionable reports to support the PD sales and marketing teams.
• Complete Ad hoc analysis requests as needed
• Lead commercial IRO/audits related to the Parkinson’s business unit
• Assist in the development and tracking of bonus plans, contests and incentives
• Act as the SME for all commercial operations functions related to the PD business unit
• Provide superior customer service to the Field Sales and overall Commercial team 
• Other responsibilities and projects as assigned 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• No direct supervisory responsibilities

Knowledge & Other Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Finance or a related field required
• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience with 2+ in industry operations
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical channels, sales models and data sources
• Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to change
• Ability to organize and prioritize, work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required
• Experience in interacting with all levels of management as well as with vendors/consultants

Physical Requirements/Work Environment/Travel Requirements: 

• Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or carrying objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
• The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer screen, iPad, or other electronic device; and extensive reading
• The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
