Job Description:

Responsible for performing functions pertaining to state law and regulatory compliance. Executes licensing activities including, but is not limited to printing, copying, scanning documents, drafting applications, coordinating the workflow of applications from inception to issuance, communicating with state and federal agencies, and updating billing sheets.

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Collect/pull information contained on PDF/other files, Draft applications with a high level of accuracy, and submit to state agencies

• Navigate State Board of Pharmacy websites

• Perform Quality Checks to ensure information on application is accurate

• Complete filing in online folders, scanning and printing tasks

• Creates ad-hoc reporting based on requests

• Fill in billing sheet information to capture client work completed

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree Required (Preferred if prior licensing experience)

• One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in a client facing role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High level of professionalism

• Client facing experience

• Demonstrated strong analytical, logic reasoning and problem solving ability

• Excellent organizational skills

• Proficient in multi-tasking

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat Professional

• Prior licensing experience highly preferred but not required (completing applications and interacting with state agencies)
