Job Summary:
We are looking for a consultative Subject Matter Expert in the field of Information Management to contribute to the success of Human Data Science Cloud Enterprise Information Management Solutions.  This individual will contribute to the development of business and marketing strategic plans for identified key accounts or customer groups within enterprise information management field; write white papers, blogs and other content; present at conferences and video blogs and panels, maintain expertise on developments in Information Management across the enterprise; act as a thought leader in the Information Management space.
The ideal candidate will have some level of comfort with ambiguity as this brand-new offering development is tested with clients and refined as we expand in the next couple of years.  Strong collaboration and team leadership skills are a must as well as demonstrated resourcefulness, creativity and a desire to help IQVIA develop the offerings and bring them to market.


Essential Functions:
•    Acts as a Subject Matter Expert in the field of Information Management both for the purposes of refining IQVIA offerings as well as helping to define customer solutions.
•    Authors white papers and blogs and other content (potentially proposals).
•    Leveraging business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions
•    Work with the marketing team on a cadence of publishing thought leader material and delivering the material.
•    Supporting the development of intellectual property for use on future engagements
•    Ensuring clear communication throughout projects and within the team
•    Providing direction, advice and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams. 
•    Participate in sales process, supporting client engagements and acting as a thought leader/strategic advisor.
•    Developing broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through on the job experience and training.
•    Sharing subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients
•    Leading ad hoc work streams on critical people-related issues such as recruitment, learning and development
•    Providing high level input to, client reports and presentations and delivery of all or significant portions of findings to clients as needed

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's Degree
•    Master's Degree  Pref
•    5-8 years professional experience in consulting within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with evidence of career progression
•    Demonstrable experience in and commitment to the life sciences and/or healthcare industries
•    Minimum of 2-3 years project management experience focused on multinational strategic consulting projects
•    A track record of leadership and people development
•    Demonstrable analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills
•    Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writing
•    Experience working in sizable/ multi-disciplined teams and leading cross functional teams
•    Demonstrated published content and expertise in information management space
•    Experience in developing credible relationships with senior level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
•    Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
•    Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, information management and technology space
•    Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques
•    Fluency in English (spoken and written)
•    A willingness and ability to travel
•    Right to live and work in the recruiting country
