Responsible for developing and implementing strategies, programs, policies and technology that support a consistent flow of qualified, diverse and talented candidates to promote the best candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.

Job Responsibilites include, but not limited to:Develop, implement and improve global talent acquisition programs and policies to ensure consistency across the company.Evaluate, recommend and implement new TA technology solutions to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the TA process, and improve candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience.Evaluate, recommend and implement creative and cost-effective approaches to the recruitment process to increase high-caliber candidate sourcing.Facilitate collective recruitment efforts, activities and campaigns with HR colleagues globally.Provide talent acquisition reports and develop recruitment metrics to monitor and evaluate recruitment efforts.Develop and maintain departmental systems. Manage activities of assigned group(s) to ensure effective performance of function.Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.Provide monthly budgetary support for the department.QualificationsQualifications:Ability to work autonomously and project manage a task from start to completion, utilizing upfront strategic planning and measured milestonesStrong prioritization skills and attention to detailFlexible and change oriented with respect to work assignments and new learningExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsClient focused approach to work Ability to develop solutions, work with multiple stakeholders, and value the importance of teamwork Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in business, management, human resources, or related discipline.Experience: 8+ years progressive TA experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other desktop applications.Applicant tracking system experience (i.e. Workday, BrassRing, PeopleClick, PeopleSoft, or similar).
