Associate Director, Talent Program Management

Lead the Emerging Leader Program (ELP) in alignment with broader Talent & Learning executive development strategy. Drive and evolve IQVIA’s emerging leadership development strategy, in partnership with multiple stakeholders across HR and the business. Provide expertise, consultation, and support for leadership development and other linked talent initiatives that impact organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the delivery of multiple ELP cohorts, liaising with internal and external partners to ensure smooth execution
• Be seen as the expert in emerging leadership, influencing local HR teams to ensure consistency, whilst flexing content to local needs as appropriate
• Clearly articulate how this program links with other Talent & Learning initiatives so that HR and Business have a holistic view of how our offerings fit together to support their business priorities
• Develop our strategy for emerging leaders beyond this program, ensuring our offerings are at the forefront of evolving thinking and best practices
• Responsible for planning, budget estimation, risk management, project control and visibility using team and project management tools to ensure objectives / deliverables are met on-time and in a way that scales and adapts to our evolving needs.
• Develops and implements change management plans including ensuring communications and enablement materials are in place to support the smooth implementation of programs/processes.
• Identifies pitfalls and potential points of challenge or change aversion. Develops counter strategies to mitigate or minimize potential issues.
• Creates metrics and analytics that effectively measure, benchmark and monitor impact on organizational and individual learning and success.
• Partners with stakeholders to evolve and drive continuous improvement in our processes, technology and meaningful metrics and analytics.
Experience & Education
• 7 years of experience building and managing scalable and measurable leadership programs, within large, matrixed, global technology or life sciences organizations.
• Subject matter expert in leadership development content and strategies
• Bachelor’s in business, management, HR or organization development required. Master’s degree preferred.
Skills & Abilities
• Knowledge of current research and best practices related to leadership development.
• Highly consultative approach and a proven track record of effective collaboration and influence at all levels of an organization.
• Credible presenter, excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills both virtually and face to face
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment maintaining flexibility through changing priorities, ambiguity and demanding timelines.
• Results oriented, data driven, curious and passionate about talent and improving business outcomes.
• Excellent project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track and doing what it takes to deliver outstanding results on schedule.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze trends, best practices, and data to influence talent strategy and roadmap.
• Demonstrated ability to identify meaningful business impact and success metrics, and proven track record of analyzing and reporting on outcomes in a practical and scalable manner.
• Strong technology proficiency, including MS Office Suite, Workday and other talent applications.
