Student - Technical Assistant

We are looking for a Student to come join our Technical Services (TS) team in their tasks sustaining clinical, laboratory and computerized systems employed in the electronic collection of trial data and process management in Early Phase Research Units.

You must be currently studying at University and are required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

Key Accountabilities : Assists the local TS team in their daily tasks supporting clinical systems Collaborates in the provision and maintenance of bed-side equipment employed in the context of clinical study performance Assists in the reception, storage, assembly, implementation, administrative recording and testing of clinical hardware and medical devices Performs further asset qualification tasks and documents these as required Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned

QualificationsTechnical skills suitable to perform undemanding tasks of equipment assembly and hard- and software implementation (advanced user level) A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail Basic knowledge in the use of standard Microsoft Office applications (medium user level) # Good communication skills Good standard of written and spoken English and German (Desired)
