Position Overview:

This position is committed to help meet staffing objectives by supporting employees to quickly meet vendor credentialing compliance requirements. This person will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of the overall credentialing process for all consultants and partnering to resolve any open inquiries.  This position requires a high level of attention to detail, problem solving, and interacting with various employees and agencies.  The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a key cross-functional role with internal and external stakeholders, and be able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to give step by step instruction for each vendor credential program.
  • Knowledge of specific vendor credentials in each program.
  • Improve the satisfaction of colleagues and consultants in the field by seeking and understanding obstacles and developing solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with key internal partners, such as Payroll, Expense Management and Human Resources to ensure optimization of business processes and consultant/client satisfaction.
  • Support members of the Operations Team by driving interactions and building relationships with consultants in the field.
  • Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment
  • Weekly update of vendor rosters
  • Manage internal/external vendor credentialing handbook for each credentialing program.
  • Completing HR forms including background check/drug attestations, gap forms, 7-year employment attestations and product letters
  • Submitting internal expenses on a weekly basis.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of B.A. /B.S. Degree preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong ability to take initiative and drive tasks to completion.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Be available to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand.
  • Possess strong written and oral English communication skills.
  • Flexible in responding to unanticipated situations.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.
  • Ability to use a standard computer, talk on the phone and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast growing environment and capable of using good judgement and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
