Define business unit market offerings in partnership with key internal JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Director, Gross to Offering development routinely exhibits a high degree of managed care information subject matter expertise with new and emerging IQVIA gross to net platform solutions, and must provide strong leadership to:
• Guide a highly skilled technical teams in the development, integration, and implementation of robust industry-leading gross to net data and integrated assets and asset taxonomies for use across IQVIA’s Market Access Center of Excellence
• Lead the design and execution of solutions that solve industries unmet needs and enable’s flexible integration with applications/products built withing IQVIA’s GTN integration platform
• Develop new derived information assets that can enables our client’s supply chain, finance, and third party information to communicate in the most efficient and accurate manner possible.  
• Deep expertise in leveraging managed care data sets and information, new analytical ready data models, IQVIA core data assets, NCPDP standards, and visualization as the core foundation.
• Collaborate with the product development & management teams by clearly articulating the target solution roadmaps, new calculated measures,  technical environment, and direction, and ensuring compliance with those parameters
• Adopt agile services development concepts and patterns, and exploit the usage and IQVIA’s core data platforms, and client information to identify new solution opportunities
• Ensure that capabilities are implemented securely congruent with the standards of the pharma industry
• Assure consistency, reusability, and deep integration of a substantial product portfolio
• Meet functional and non-functional requirements that impact enable the gross to net product suite accelerated development
• Ensure that the product teams are apprised of relevant analytical ready data advancements, and facilitate discussions related to the general application of new and emerging concepts, tools, products and platforms.
• Design and structure data models for large volume processing and calculations – simulation modeling, forecasting, and financial consolidation.
• • Model data for the purposes for analytics and reporting in order to facilitate clear and simple access to non-technical users across varying organizational business units and personas

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 20 years of hands-on experience as an architect or developer of software products and platforms, and data architecture and delivery

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the development and deployment of managed care analytic ready information assets, in a lead capacity
• Significant experience designing cloud-based data solutions for a variety of different cloud platforms
• Significant experience with APIs, and general integration challenges and solutions, ideally with the internal IQVIA platforms
• Experience and expertise in leveraging distributed data acquisition, processing, and visualization technologies as the core foundation, built on top of SQL and distributed Big Data platforms.
• Experience in the Life Sciences, patient data, and managed care information 
• Significant experience in Agile and/or Kaizen environments
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills
• A proven track record of learning, leadership and mentoring
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision
