Be a part of this life-saving work and help improve patients' lives while growing your career. </span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Your main responsibilities as a <em><strong>Senior Benefits Manager</strong></em> at Labcorp Drug Development will be:</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li style="margin: 0in; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Lead project work for the specific countries relating to new benefits initiatives and manage the implementation processes in partnership with HR & local country management</span></li><li style="margin: 0in; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Partner with other Rewards Managers to deliver work for other Business Units</span></li><li style="margin: 0in; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Educate and advise HR & business managers on benefits policy and programs</span></li><li style="margin: 0in; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Analysis & development of benefits frameworks</span></li><li style="margin: 0in; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support the business with M&A work</span></li><li style="margin: 0in; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Development of external and internal market data reports to support the BUs operational plans, hiring strategies and to strengthen the EP3 initiatives</span></li><li style="margin: 0in; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage specific benefit plans and associated provider relationships and oversee the annual benefit renewal cycle for the specified region</span></li><li style="margin: 0in; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Pension lead for EMEA region, working closely with the Pension Trustees, Finance, HRPs and senior leadership</span></li><li style="margin: 0in; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ad hoc projects as required to support the company’s growth plans or other strategic initiatives</span></li><li style="margin: 0in; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Development of effective communication materials & policy documents</span></li><li style="margin: 0in; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Work closely with Covance senior management, HR Partners, Recruiting/Staffing, Performance and Learning, HR Data Center in delivery of the work</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Educated to Degree Level or equivalent</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">CIPD Qualified (desirable)</span></li></ul><h2>Experience:</h2><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li style="margin: 0in; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Minimum seven years HR experience with a minimum of 7 years benefits experience (including pension), preferably within a complex commercial organization</span></li><li style="margin: 0in; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Highly numerate with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, recognize implications and generate solutions.</span></li><li style="margin: 0in; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong communication and presentation skills</span></li><li style="margin: 0in; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel</span></li><li style="margin: 0in; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Line Management experience</span></li><li style="margin: 0in; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Vendor negotiation experience</span></li></ul>
