Intern - Junior Business Analyst

Requirements
Seeking an Intern/Junior Business Analyst to support creation of pitch decks and case studies, capture of client business and functional requirements, system testing, and overall support of client projects. You should be extremely comfortable and confident working in a fast-paced, collaborative, client-focused environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
•    Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with an IT or Healthcare Business major
•    Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
•    Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
•    Strong documentation skills
•    A track record of following through on commitments
•    Consultative work style
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Proficiency in Microsoft products including: Excel, PowerPoint


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Synthesize practice offerings (current and future) and develop/streamline sales pitch decks and case studies
•    Gather detailed functional requirements from business 
•    Business analysis and discovery
•    Document and communicate results of analysis
•    Effectively communicate to cross-functional team members and management
•    Process design
•    System testing
•    Training Documentation 

Qualifications
•    Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with an IT or Business major

Soft Skills:
•    Good communication skills; able to speak to business users in a non-technical manner
•    Critical thinker – spots gaps, challenges assumptions, offers best-practices alternatives
•    Able to interpret user requirements definitions; able to create solid requirements definitions based on customer interviews
•    Ability to work under pressure - keeps a level head and a steady hand
•    High threshold for quality; turns in good work product
