Business Analyst/Senior Consultant (m/w/d), Customer Engagement - Healthcare & Life Sciences

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Create and handover robust technical scope to developers/configurator ensuring business challenges are met.

• Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of technology/services solutions and trends for the pharmaceutical/life sciences market.

• Deliver demos to help articulate value proposition during business workshops. Ensure that platform capabilities are used to their full ability.

• Produce business process maps and/or wireframe models.

• Support cost and resource estimations.

• Manage project plans, resources, risk and deliverables (if required through acting as PM on smaller projects).

• Assess impact of changes and customisations to project scope.

• Provide input into Integration and User Acceptance Testing, and coordinate UAT with customer.

• Provide prioritisation for defects/change requests and support their resolution.

• Keep up to date with product road map, features & functions.

• Act as an advocate for clients by submitting new requests to the internal Product Management team to support continuous product evolution and enhancement.

• Provide input into and/or review training material development.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience required:

• 2+ years business analysis experience in solutions for pharma commercial functions.

• Familiarity working with clients and remote teams across EMEA.

• Experience in CRM implementation.

• Structured documentation skills.

• SDFC Admin certification.

Desired/Preferred:

• Project management experience.

• Experience in CRM implementations for Pharma.

• Experience in MCM implementation for Pharma is a plus.

• Prior experience with a Systems Integrator is a plus.

• Architecture/Development experience.

• Fluency in Germany and an intermediate level in English is mandatory, further languages is a plus.
