The VP FSP Commercial and Operational Strategy is responsible for driving forward the delivery of our commercial and operational (revenue generating) strategy to support Parexel FSP and corporate goals. This is a highly influential and visible role in a fast paced and highly complex environment that requires both tactical and strategic vision and solutions.  The VP FSP Commercial and Operational Strategy must have the ability to move transversally across the Parexel business unit’s organization, supporting and driving strategies pertaining to business development, talent management, operational excellence, organizational design, and fiscal responsibility.

The VP Commercial and Operational Strategy, FSP is an experienced leader responsible for liaising with senior levels of management within the organization, and to deputize for the EVP, Global Head Parexel FSP as needed.QualificationsKnowledge and Experience 15+ years of experience Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of drug development and R&D outsourcing models Strong command of written and spoken English language Demonstrated ability of translating strategy into tactical plans and communicating to broader internal audience and stakeholders Commercial relationship building and negotiations as well as operations experience. Experience in organizational analysis, process improvement or change management preferred Proven substantial leadership experience across a globally structured, matrixed organization
