Resource Planner, Global Resourcing Team

We are currently recruiting for a highly organized individual, with prior experience in a resource planning-related role, who is not afraid of working in a fast-paced environment.

The Resource Planner works in the Global Resourcing Team (GRT) working across all of Regulatory & Access (R&A), operating globally. This function is responsible for the assignment of FTE resources as well as the maintenance of the Project Resourcing systems. They may be asked to perform additional tasks as requested.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with regional Line Management to assign resources (scoping and projects) based on staff competencies, skills and expertiseConsults on an as needed basis with the Director, Resource Management to resolve conflicts in scheduling requirementsCollaborates with the Alliance Network to ensure that all projects are staffed with the appropriate resources in a timely mannerFacilitates communication with P&L and regional line management and consultancy staff to assure effective two-way information flow on resourcing mattersPrepares, under minimal oversight, required utilization and revenue forecasts and reports. Additional reporting and systems usage may be required.Resource Planner may take on additional duties within the wider GRT as directedMeets established metrics as specified in scorecard on an annual basisDemonstrates ability to interact professionally at multiple levels including senior managementDefines self- development activities in order to keep current within the industryDevelops and maintains R&A relationshipsSupport training activities related to the resourcing and forecasting processes for all new hires, as well as on-going refresher trainingQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s Degree preferredMinimum Work Experience:Several years of experience in the life sciences industry, the consulting industry and/or talent acquisition.
