We are hiring a Business Developer Manager  (M/F) for a long-term contract for the perimeter North of France (Lille, Nantes, and Paris).

You will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales targets for your assigned region, within a team of 3 other Business Developers Managers and reporting directly to the Sales Manager France.

 

Essential duties and responsibilities : 

 

•    Develop customer relations: collect data on potential customers and on the competition in the region.

•    Based on the knowledge of the customers and the analysis of their needs, present to them the full range of services, focusing on products related to their current and future research projects.

•    Work closely with the sales team, customer service and direction to increase market share in the territory.

•    Develop sales with prospects and customers by making regular visits and rely on a scientific and administrative team.

•    Monitor market trends, products, competitors' prices and implement a management plan.

•    Develop relevant commercial proposals and negotiate.

•    Manage initial request and qualify all potential opportunities.

•    Travel when required for site visits, team meetings, conferences and other key events

 

Qualification requirement :

•    You are known for your good verbal and written communication skills

•    Quality and rigor / Organizational and planing skills define you

•    You have a strong sense of initiative and reactivity

•    IT :  Office Pack + Salesforces

•    Good level in French and English imperative (read, written, spoken)

 

Your profile :

•    You master the process of prospecting, negotiating, and submitting offers to scientific contacts (researchers, laboratory managers).

•    Ideally, you have a master’s degree or equivalent work experience in science, sales, or a similar field. Knowledge in the field of research models is appreciated.

•    A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in B to B sales in healthcare sector is expected.

 

Other:

•    Main site located in Lyon, occasional travels on site to expected

•    Regular travels to plan in France and abroad.

•    Remuneration over 14 installments  + Health insurance + Profit-sharing and participation  + Bonus + Company car.
