Manager, Finance

Parexel has an excellent opportunity for a Manager, Finance to join our strategic finance team. The Manager, Finance is expected to lead a high-performing organization of Financial Analysts in partnering with Project Leads (PLs) to steer projects toward targeted financial goals and performance (e.g. revenue, profitability, cash flow, etc.). In doing so, the Manager, Finance will serve as a partner to a specific customer or set of customers, as well as establish standards and policies for project financial management analytics and decision support across Parexel.

The Manager, Finance is expected to establish him/herself as a strong “co-pilot”, along with the operational and business development customer leaders, in managing the financial needs of the customers assigned. Accordingly, the Manager, Finance must be able to balance the financial needs of the customer with the financial and fiduciary needs of Parexel. As a result, the Manager, Finance should model deep understanding of the economics and profitability drivers across Parexel projects, translating them into operational actions, and guiding Financial Analysts in how to work with Project Leads to positively impact project financial performance (e.g. margin).QualificationsQualified candidates will possess:

Experience:•8-10 years of progressive Finance and Management roles with strong analytical and partnering track record

•0-2 years of staff Management, within globally dispersed teams. Demonstrated focus on coaching, talent development and continuous learning through hiring, development and timely performance feedback

CRO experience is highly preferredEducation:
