Your role is vital to improving the health of family, friends and animals.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; color: black;">What will you be doing:</span></strong></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">The Equipment Coordinator is responsible for tracking the use and location of all biomedical equipment for Animal Ops in addition to  maintaining electronic and paper records of the equipment, duties include but not limited to; </span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;"> Work as system administrator of equipment tracking including the use of RFID System (Radio Frequency Identification), equipment reservations, sanitation and preventive and maintenance. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Maintains equipment and records in compliance with GLP and AAALAC requirements including but not limited to regular calibrations</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborates with animal ops, metrology, and facilities staff as appropriate to maintain equipment and prep rooms as needed</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Communicates with animal ops staff and others to ensure proper allocation and use of equipment</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Reviews and updates equipment-related relevant operating procedures as needed and institutes process changes when required</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Responsible for organizing and monitoring of equipment storage</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Responsible for submitting and following work orders to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">May instruct/train less experienced staff on equipment use and procedures</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; color: black;">How will you be rewarded!</span></strong></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Working in Madison, WI our Equipment Coordinator workers:</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Enjoy 24 days of personal-time-off (PTO) (pro-rated depending on start date)</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Have the option to participate in the Labcorp Education Advantage program where you have access to over 15 Undergraduate On-line Degree Programs offered through Arizona State University (ASU).
