Assist supervisor to prioritize workload of assigned group.  Ensure schedule is prepared daily, accurately reflecting group and laboratory tasks and workload.

The following are responsibilities related to the Team Leader Histology: Provide leadership, technical guidance, and serve as a mentor to less experienced staff. Ensure that there are adequate supplies of study-specified materials during the course of study Promote inter- and intra-departmental communication to facilitate and maximize performance associated with research projects.   Review study protocols and provide recommendations to study director/supervisor on technical and logistical aspects of protocol design.

The following are minimum qualifications related to the Team Leader Histology position: Education: High School degree or equivalent in scientific related discipline preferred. Experience:  Minimum 1 years related experience in Histology, or similar lab environment. GLP experience preferred.
