font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Performs other duties as assigned</span>.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"> </p><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Required: </span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelors degree (or country equivalent) or at least 2 years of relevant work experience as a recruiter (in lieu of degree). </span></p><h2>Experience:</h2><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">At least 2+ years’ experience working in tandem with external recruitment agencies with results in assessing the performance and effectiveness of their services.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience identifying how change in business strategy impact talent needs</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated experience understanding the talent needs of hiring managers when opening a requisition</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of skills and abilities required for different roles in the pharmaceutical or related industry. Hiring Manager persuasion</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to understand the talent needs of hiring managers when opening a requisition</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to provide value adding recruiting related advice to hiring managers and influence talent decisions.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to outline the talent and business risks of hiring specific candidates.
