Services include design and management of clinical trials, study feasibility and site selection support, protocol design, patient recruitment strategies, drug safety and reporting, data management and analysis, regulatory policy strategy development and onsite and remote trial monitoring. </p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong>Internship Assignment Summary: </strong></p><ul><li>Onboard into the Labcorp organization as a Global Project Manager Intern with a focus on corporate marketing and employee engagement</li><li>Showcase creativity while having a passion for technology and the life sciences</li><li>Create a virtual community by leveraging internal tools to foster belonging and inclusivity</li><li>Maintain the Project Management Academy’s SharePoint site to ensure key information is being communicated accordingly</li><li>Participate in group activities/projects and liaise with members of the organization to provide project support while learning important skills and processes</li><li>Liaise with different leaders/members of the organization to observe and support their key activities and deliverables</li><li>Perform additional duties as requested by Line Manager, Project Manager, and other Business Leaders</li><li>Understand the importance of Global Project Delivery in a Clinical Research Organization and observe the roles of other functional leads/areas which contribute to the management and execution of a clinical trial</li></ul><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><ul><li>Working towards a degree in Marketing, Project Management or Human Resources</li><li>Passion for technology and the life sciences field</li><li>Enjoy engaging others and building community</li><li>Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues</li><li>Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership</li></ul><h2>Experience:</h2><ul><li>Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting</li><li>Past internship experience in a business/corporate environment, preferably in STEM and/or life sciences</li></ul>
