Parexel values passion, global perspective, and expertise and we are in the process of recruiting a bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Human Resource Analyst to work Partially from home and from our Buenos Aires office.

What you will do:

The HR Analyst acts as the first point of contact and support for managers and employees who require HR assistance with using or accessing HR programs and processes.

The associate is responsible for providing a timely and accurate response or properly redirecting the inquiry, to help the employee resolve or address their need.

You must bring 1 or 2 years of Human Resources experience with demonstrated ability to learn and navigate complex HR-supported systems and processes. Strong Excel skills, fluency in English, and experience working in a ticket system structure such as HR, help desk, or customer service will be expected.

Preference will be given to those with a university degree in Human Resources.

We are looking for strong candidates who will have the ability to interact professionally within an international organization while maintaining a high degree of proficiency and autonomy.
