<p style="vertical-align: baseline;"><span style="border: 1.0pt none windowtext;font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";padding: 0.0in;">Labcorp is looking for an exceptional Product Development Manager for their direct to consumer business to both develop new products and grow the consumer business across new and existing channels.</span></p> <p style="vertical-align: baseline;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";"><strong><span style="border: none windowtext 1.0pt;padding: 0.0in;">Responsibilities</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";"><span style="font-style: normal;"> </span>Leverage Labcorp's scientific leadership to expand direct to consumer product offerings for both home collection products and offerings through Labcorp's patient services centers.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">Coordinate with Research and Development on clinical validations and advise prioritization based on consumer need, customer experience, and market factors.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">Evaluate new early-stage consumer products for potential adds to our portfolio through partnership with the Corporate Development team.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";"><span style="font-style: normal;"> </span>Manage the products in our current portfolio: coordinating product page updates, value proposition definitions, competitive assessment, and product-specific marketing campaigns.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";"><span style="font-style: normal;"> </span>Coordinate with Operations, Legal, and Regulatory on regulatory strategy and submissions for new consumer offerings.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";"><span style="font-style: normal;"> </span>Evaluate and prioritize new test categories to bring on the market based on collaboration with the Customer Insights and Analytics team.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";"><span style="font-style: normal;"> </span>Synthesize internal and external insights to adjust and manage the product roadmap for the consumer business.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";"><span style="font-style: normal;"> </span>Evaluate portfolio purchasing trends to advise on partnerships, marketing prioritization, media buys, and new content development.</span></li> </ul>
