IT Director -- Finance and Supply Chain Applications

<div>This role is located on site in Durham, NC.</div> <div>Directs the preparation, development, and enhancement of systems and solves problems by use of computers through the management of cross-functional teams. Consults with managerial and systems analysis personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, suggest changes, and determine extent of programming, network, and overall IT hardware and software systems performance status. Supervises IT managers, supervisors, or other technical personnel directly or indirectly. Revises and directs the goals and functions of the company's or department's IT program.</div><p><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p><div> <ul> <li style="margin-bottom: 0.0in;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt "Times New Roman";"> </span></span>Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, MIS or equivalent</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 0.0in;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt "Times New Roman";"> </span></span>Good knowledge of any three modules in Record to Report, or Procure to Pay areas</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 0.0in;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt "Times New Roman";"> </span></span>10 plus years' experience leading PeopleSoft ERP teams</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 0.0in;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt "Times New Roman";"> </span></span>Good knowledge of Oracle database, Linux and Windows servers</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 0.0in;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt "Times New Roman";"> </span></span>Strong Knowledge of Peopletools development environment and integration technologies like IB</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 0.0in;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt "Times New Roman";"> </span></span>Functional knowledge of Supply Chain, Procure to Pay, Record to Retire and Report business processes</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 0.0in;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt "Times New Roman";"> </span></span>Experience in writing technical specifications documentation and estimating work effort</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 0.0in;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt "Times New Roman";"> </span></span>Experience with upgrading PeopleSoft environment</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 0.0in;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt "Times New Roman";"> </span></span>Experience with version control software such as STATS or PVCS</li> </ul> </div>
