IT Technical Specialist/Verint Workforce Optimization System

<p>Verint Workforce Optimization ("WFO") System Administrator enables organizations to efficiently plan, forecast, and schedule employees to meet service level goals by leveraging a unified, enterprise workforce management solution. It may reduce the risk of overstaffing, overtime, and shrinkage while automating routine administrative tasks, identifying time-off opportunities, and providing employees with the schedules they prefer. Responsible for the administration of the Verint Workforce Optimization system V15, and configure Verint servers, installation trees, and server roles. Administer system components such as recordings, integrations, monitoring and workflows. Apply software patches, and perform maintenance activities related to the WFO software. Troubleshoot issues with the Verint WFO application, and work with the Verint application administrator and the middle ware, server, networking, and database teams.</p> <p></p><p><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p><p>Master degree in Computer Science or foreign equivalent and 3 years of work experience as a Software Developer, Network and Computer Systems Administrator or related. Employer will also accept a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or foreign equivalent and 5 years of work experience as a Software Developer, Network and Computer Systems Administrator or related.</p> <p></p> <p>Applicants must have three (3) years of experience with the following:</p> <p></p> <ul> <li>Verint WFO application along with Quality Monitoring, WorkForce Management and Desktop Process Analytics (DPA) modules end to end implementation.</li> <li>SQL Server Database and SQL Server Reporting Services, monitoring databases and jobs. Maintaining SSRS, and creating adhoc reports for business usage.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Using SRT tool to deploy latest versions of HFR, Release and Patches provided by Verint to fix issues.</li> <li>Developing and testing code to push client packages using SMS/Software Center. Handling errors during or after the installation.</li> <li>Configuring Ldap connections with Domain Controllers in Verint Weblogic for users SSO login.</li> <li>Maintaining windows 2012/2016 R2 severs for Verint application with knowledge of Internet Information Services (IIS), Group Policy Object (GPO) management, Domain Account management, server and client certificate.</li> </ul>
