Our Global Executive Team is growing; we are adding a Principal Recruiter to partner with Global Senior and Executive Leaders across Parexel to support hiring in the Americas.

The Principal Recruiter will partner and consult with Global Senior and Executive Leaders, and Global Human Resource Business Partners to determine talent needs for current business objectives and future growth. He/she will consult with the business leaders by offering thought leadership and aligning decision-making with key stake holders to meet business needs and company goals. Ability to build successful relationships and partnerships with colleagues and all levels of management and executives throughout the organization is vital.

Key Accountabilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to Manage the full recruitment cycle, including research, candidate development, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, feedback, and offer process Develop and implement strategic recruiting approaches to hire top talent in a highly competitive talent market. This role is heavily focused on robust passive recruiting and driving marketing to prospective candidates Utilize personalized branding, innovative technology, and market knowledge to influence the candidate experience to attract and recruit industry leading top talent Collaborate with hiring leaders and support staff to determine search strategy Provide guidance and recommendations to Global Business Leaders and Executive Team Members on candidate market intelligence, candidate selection and provide offer recommendations Conduct bi-weekly search updates with hiring leaders to discuss candidate market and pipeline, and active candidates Liaise and strategize with Global HR Business Partners to discuss future recruiting needs and challenges Collaborate with Corporate Compensation to discuss compensation trends, market demands, and senior and executive level offers Work with in-house Global Employment Attorneys to navigate candidate non-competes Partner and provide direction and guidance to RPO partners Partner with outside agencies and Executive Search Firms as needed QualificationsSkills / Knowledge and Experience 8 + years full life cycle recruiting experience Experience working in a Corporate TA function Prior agency or RPO, MSP or retained search experience desirable Experience working in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry Successful in building relationships and partnerships with colleague and all levels of management and executives throughout the organization. Proven success partnering and consulting with senior business leaders and executives Consulting and influencing at all levels of management including executive level Experience working in a global environment Accustomed to working in a global highly competitive and demanding environment Strong negotiation skills Experience partnering with an RPO is desired Ability to multi-task and reprioritize Prior experience working with contingent or retained search firms

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
