Training Consultant, Regulatory & Access

As a Training Consultant, Regulatory & Access you will:

-Be responsible for planning, development, implementation, delivery, communication, forecasting and management of a wide range of global training programs in Regulatory & Access as it relates to the organization’s services and business needs.

-Liaise with business operations, Learning and Development, and other SBUs on R&A-specific as well as cross-functional training initiatives.

-Provide expert and strategic training advice to management and leadership teams and ensure relevance and availability of training programs for the R&A business.QualificationsWe expect from you:More than 8 years of experience in a training position, preferably within the life sciences and consulting industries.Business acumen in a life sciences environment is desirable.Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, multiple modes of training delivery (virtual and in-classroom).Experience in virtual and in-classroom training delivery tools. Experience managing global training programs.Experience developing eLearning a plus, using tools such as Articulate, etc. English proficiency.Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Master’s degree preferred. A degree in life sciences, and/or education a plus.
