IMPORTANT:   In order to be considered for this position, a resume/CV must be uploaded and submitted during the application process.  Please make sure work history and education are added correctly.    Document Control Specialist II Reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor, the Documentation Control Specialist II will provide technical support for all Clients and Cognate Bioservices employees as it relates to the coordination and maintenance of all documents in electronic systems. The Documentation Control Specialist II will provide verification of the review, collaboration, and completion all documents in Master Control. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that these activities are timely, efficient and productive while adhering to Cognate’s requirements and operational and quality parameters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Organizes the receipt, revision and implementation of all Master Control files as needed.

•Responsible for interfacing with all applicable department owners and clients as it relates to MasterControl documents revision and review.

•Provides mitigation for implementation and revision of Master Control files to meet production needs.

•Ensures that all electronic files meet formatting requirements prior to implementation.

•Performs all other appropriate electronic database functions as required.

•Provides support to Documentation Control team as needed.

•Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job Qualifications EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

•AS degree, preferred. 

•Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.

•Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as technical writing and documentation skills.

•Ability to organize and disseminate information efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, organized, responsible, creative, pays attention to detail, multi-tasker.

•Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Access, Vizio and PowerPoint).

•The ability to follow instructions and Standard Operating procedures.
