Develop and execute global events strategy to support marketing and business goals. Responsible for events strategy, planning and coordination/management of all event logistics as well as ROI analysis and reporting.

Key Accountabilities Develop and execute comprehensive global events strategy in support of corporate and SBU objectives, and in alignment with broader marketing communications plan. Provide strategic counsel to brand marketing leads, commercial and operational stakeholders in the selection of annual events. Create and manage project plans/timelines and execute events flawlessly and within budget. Manage and oversee event logistics including, but not limited to, site selection, reserving booth space, managing hotel reservations, coordinating demo equipment, shipping to/from event, communicating event details to relevant stakeholders and onsite management. Handle booth layout designs, exhibition graphics production and show services, as well as coordinate onsite logistics such as booth setup and dismantling. Effectively optimize events through advertising, direct mail, public relations, online marketing, publications, websites, e-mail blasts and other media. Create, manage and track event budgets including reconciling expenses, analyzing event metrics, determining marketing ROI and producing analysis reports. Maintain event archives including general event information, contracts, budgets, feedback, photos, collateral and promotional materials.Follow departmental processes and procedures to support a consistent experience for brand marketing leads, commercial and operational stakeholders. Refine processes and procedures as needed in collaboration with other Events Managers. Negotiate pricing with conference organizers, sites and agencies.QualificationsSkills Strong background in project management. Able to set priorities, develop plans, manage project budgets and develop/manage projects from inception to completion. A customer service attitude and proficiency in oral and written communication skills. Highly energetic, organized and extremely detail oriented. Ability to multitask and work in a highly collaborative team environment, taking instruction from multiple individuals, with the ability to make decisions. Some travel required, domestically and internationally. Education B.S. in Marketing or related field Language Skills English Minimum Work Experience 5-7 years of event management experience, preferably on a global basis required. Marketing experience required. Experience working with external agencies required.
