The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in the department’s ability to hire quality talent, achieve hiring manager satisfaction and promote the best candidate experience.

Duties include, but not limited to: Owns the maintenance and upgrading of Talent Acquisition systems, and ensures that configuration of system supports accurate and meaningful reporting for TA, HR, Finance and the Business. Ensures that the structure of the data in the system is correctly aligned to both Finance and HR systems, and facilitates extraction and accurate reporting. Has overall accountability for data and reporting for the Talent Acquisition team. Manages the creation and compilation of reports pertaining to monthly, quarterly and/or yearly TA metrics for review by HR, Business, Leadership, and Finance. Assist in developing reporting on all talent related metrics, as well as other data as it relates to trends in hiring. Has oversight for data integrity through a periodic audit process. Owns the development of documentation for all Talent Acquisition processes and policies globally. Provides leadership and direction for Talent Acquisition to ensure that appropriate recruitment processes are being adhered to in a consistent manner. Will work with the businesses to make sure that reporting is meaningful, compliant with organizational vision, strategy and talent acquisition goals. Aid with user support and training, issue tracking and maintenance requests for the application tracking system and other Talent Acquisition technology. Identifies and implements recruiting "best practices" across the company to help streamline and standardize processes. Manage daily operations of Employee Referral Program. Assist in analyzing and improving the current program for increased engagement and consistency. Partner with Procurement, VSG and AP to improve and streamline processing of TA invoices. QualificationsQualifications: Experience with Workday highly preferred. Timely, consistent follow through with a focus on customer service. Analytical and critical thinking skills, with demonstrated consistent sound judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify potential problems and provide proactive solutions for management of problems. Highly defined organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments appropriately, maintain detailed records, and a self-starter who is results oriented. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with Kenexa BrassRing or applicant tracking systems, a plus. Experience with Oracle and Kofax finance systems. Workbench certification required. Minimum Requirements: 2 – 4 years of experience in professional environment, recruiting or HR preferred. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
